I spent a few hours here today working on homework while waiting for my son to finish an appointment - and the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever seen. Usually I love Dunkin - coffee, donuts, sandwiches - you name it! But when I arrived here today, I waited at the counter for over 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I placed 3 different orders in the 4 hours I spent here - and each time it was the same thing - meanwhile there were at least 4 people behind the counter at all times. And its not like they were slammed. THEN! I say "excuse me" to one of the girls behind the counter 3 different times to ask a simple question and she snaps back with a HANG ON!!! - uh or not.
Besides that, I can't even count how many people drove away from the drive thru window or left without ordering because they literally do not have ANY donuts. There were even people who came in and left without ordering anything because the selection was so bare.
I will avoid choosing this Dunkin in the future.
