After posting my review on Bridwell, the owner, Lane Bridwell called and discussed my experience with me. He was concerned and willing to completely refund the full amount of my repair. I said that wasn't necessary as I recognized they had put time in and actually fixed the problem. My complaint was the lack of recognition from them in that they had made a mistake. We agreed upon a $100 refund and that, yes, they had not handled my experience in the best manner possible. I will give them another try.
