Don't eat outside the security checkpoint! If you're going to the US, wait to get inside and go to Hearth. After the wretched experience with Swiss Chalet, we were finally able to check our ligand go through security. We wanted a glass of wine and found Hearth (skip the obnoxious Cibo-owned apropos; these are universally dreadful). We shared a delicious bottle of Ravenswood Zinfandel. When my husband mentioned that he was still hungry and had a nasty taste in his mouth from my, our server, Casey, recommended the hummus. That did the trick. Casey was charming and helpful. I only didn't give them 5 stars because there wasn't a gluten-free alternative to pita bread; some carrots and celery would have solved that.
