Terrible international airline service. Both my wife and I have the WJ MasterCard, so we always fly WJ. Several times our flights have been delayed, or postponed. They try to apologize with food vouchers, but nothing makes traveling more miserable than losing part of your vacation or spending extra time sitting in an airport or worse, an over night in Hamilton of all places. Recently we flew back from England and our flight was delayed, and we had to take some unmarked Spain/Arab plane with no food or drink and was probably 15 years old. The best part was there were 3 other flights all jammed on our plane (double decker) after their flights were previously postponed and better yet, all passenger bags were sent on a separate plane. So no bags when we hit Toronto for anyone and we had a connecting flight to Calgary. We understand issues happen, but it's becoming more common with WJ. I think they are trying to grow faster than they can support and it's causing upset travellers. Might be time to switch to an Air Canada credit card.
