I can not even give on site wood repair 1 star but had to rate it. I have tried calling, texting, leaving messages, etc. to this company. I have not heard back from them at all since 6/24/14. My table has ridges, rough spots ,pools of refinish in places and none in other places.
They began work on my table on 6/8/14 to refinish with a product called enviro tech. They applied it and said they did not have enough and had to order more of the envirotech product from Sherwin Williams.
They replied back to messages and voice mail up to 6/24/14 stating product still was not in over and over or they were busy on another job or out of town etc. They said they would stand behind their work and make sure my table was ok. They continued making excuses up until 6/24/14. From 6/24/24 they have not once responded to my pleas to stand by their word as promised and fix my table. They have left me with a ruined table. They also dripped in large amounts the product on my floor that I found when I removed a thin plastic sheet under it that has ruined my flooring appearance.
