So far a terrible first experience with Larry Miller service. The service department is slow and unhelpful. I arrived for a 9 am appointment for an oil change. Since this was my first visit I didn't know their process, and no one came out to check me in or ask the reason for my visit as I'd experienced at other dealerships. I could see a guy onside the office looking out the window so I thought someone would be out. Wrong. I called LM and was put through to the service department voice mail twice. I had explained the reason for my call both times. After 10 minutes of waiting and a third call, I was told to come inside. I told the service guy how frustrating this experience has been and has not made a good first impression and received a blank-look insincere "I'm sorry. Can I have your key?" He didn't even ask my name. This same "service" guy had a disagreement with a customer while i was waiting for my car. This guy actually laughed at the customer! So, an hour and 15 minutes later and finally done. The young woman who returned my key and walked me out was quite pleasant.
