The good: friendly staff and easily identified my car's issue and fixed it without a hitch.
The bad: the part I needed wasn't in stock, which was fine, but they never followed up with me to let me know it was in. I had to call them a day after I was told I could get it fixed in order to set up an appointment. I also felt like my service guy was trying to upsell a lot of things like flushes. On my initial inspection, my fluids came back green (good). Then when I went back to get my part installed, they gave me the same inspection sheet only this time the fluids were red (bad). Pretty sure they didn't change that severely in just two days. They were also overpriced compared to the two Honda service centers (dealerships) I've been to in the Chicago suburbs.
