I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire repair which was under warranty. They rotated the tires but did not balance them so when I got on the freeway it felt like I was in a washing machine. I called Troy immidiately and she said they didn't balance them, so bring it back and it would only cost me $49.99! What is my warranty for? I told her I that wasn't acceptable so her answer was to rotate the tires back....so they could wear out quicker? I explained that to her and explained that I could take the truck to Discount Tire and they would rotate and balance for free even though I didn't buy them there....she thought that was a great idea.
I'll would strongly recommend never using the service department from Power Subaru.
P.S. I asked for a call from her boss Mr. Hose but he never called.
