I moved down to the valley recently and have been searching for a good barber at a decent price. After about four or five different barber shops that did a mediocre job, I found Floyd's 99 barbershop on arizona ave and ocotillo. I'm not overly crazy about themed haircut places I.e. Sports Clips, so I was a little iffy about this place. I mean ya I like all the bands pictures on the wall and the music that plays but that's not exactly what I'm looking for when I go get my haircut. But what I found at this location is a great haircut for a decent price. I got Frankie as my barber and he is awesome. The haircut turned out perfect and I didn't feel rushed or anything. He took his time and really planned out what he was going to do with my hair based on what I told him I wanted. Frankie listened and took his time and that means a lot to me for my haircut. I went back today and yet again got an amazing haircut. Frankie will be my barber from now on and highly suggest asking for him.
