I didn't personally get my beard shaved... but I was with a friend who was buying a shaving kit and the customer service was so awesome I had to leave a Yelp review! Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me, but I'm sure if he was that awesome then the rest of the staff can't be half bad!
The products are superb (check out the razor demo!), and the location is nice since it's inside the mall. Definitely recommend... great Christmas gift idea. :)
