The only thing that's stopping me from leaving this a 1 star is the male nail technician. He's amazing. He's friendly and he did an absolute amazing job on my nails. This place will categorize and prioritize you if you leave them a good tip.. yes they keep tabs on who tips more so the next time you come they'll either take you first or let you wait depending on how much tip you left from your last visit and if they remember you lol.
I booked an appointment 6:40, i was waiting until 7:10 and I am a very understanding person so i know there can be delays and what not I truly dont mind waiting. But out of curiosity I asked the lady at the front desk approximately how long it'll take until it was my turn, she told me 20 mins. She also then adds on in Vietnamese calling me names and that i'm bothering her to the other nail technicians- yes I am Vietnamese and i am very well fluent in my language (clearly she did not know that). I held my tongue because I didn't want to make matters worse. I finally sat down to get my nails at maybe 7:20 and the nails were amazing so that would be the only reason I left a tip. The whole time I sat i hear the front lady bickering and talking about all the other girls in the salon and what she didn't like about them.
In all honesty, if you want a good nail salon experience go to Lan Dai Nail salon down the street. You get the same quality but less of the headache and much friendlier service.
