King Insulation came to my property and took a look at my attic, where I already knew we had some issues. The bid came back higher than I would have liked, but they itemized it all out and included other items that the energy audit company hadn't even thought of. Things like barriers for the recessed lighting and the speakers were added on to the bid, and the estimator took the time to explain what it all was for and why I needed it.
On the night before the job they called to confirm the appointment which I appreciated. The job was completed in one day and they did a good job of cleaning up. They broke a shelf in the closet while getting in and out of the attic, which I noticed during the day while they were working. Based on the quality of their work I thought they would fix it prior to leaving, but later found it propped up against the wall after they left. I thought they would have at least informed me, but this is really my only complaint. The only other suggestion I would make is that they somehow verify that they did the job either with a photo or something similar.
