If I could give them no stars I would. I frequent this location at least once a month and always had a great experience until now. When I visited on 06/21/2016, it was not what I expected. The two girls that were working were extremely rude and unprofessional. While they were making my ice cream, the one continued to give my friend dirty looks and threw half of our product out and the containers of ice cream were half filled. I asked for plastic spoons and did not receive them. I called and asked for the managers/owners number and was told they did not know it. When I pressed the issues, the one staff member put the phone down and heard, "this guy on the phone wants Josh's number. Should I just give him a number?". When I called the number provided, it did not work. I tried making a complaint to the website, which I was told on four occasions by the girl, only to find that the link did not work. UPDATE: On 06/22/2016, I called the store back and spoke with Josh at this location and help apologized for the staff member's behavior and said he would be contacting the owner immediately after the phone call to resolve the issue with this particular staff member.
