After spending over $1000 last month, they got me this month for another $1000. All after I just finished paying off the car. A 2012 Mini with less than 70K Miles should not have these expensive issues imho. Their labor and parts prices are horrendously overpriced. I checked the part prices myself and they charged me more than twice as much than from a reputable Mini parts dealer. After fixing my issues, I took the car for a smog check, and guess what? It failed....they forgot to tell me that I have to drive the car for 60 miles before taking it for smog. Dawn in service has always been nice, but management is a disaster. I emailed several times, no response - so I continue the bad reviews. Take your business elsewhere...as will I. No more Mini (or any BMW product) for me (and I do love driving them).
