Unacceptable. I made an appointment for my lunch break and specifically asked if they could do a full set and pedicure at the same time and they said yes. I scheduled the specific time. I showed up right on time and when I walked in the woman seemed bewildered but told me to pick a color. I then waiting a half hour for them to put me at a pedi chair. I then sat there waiting for 15 more minutes until a woman started the pedicure. I had to wait another half hour for them to start my manicure. They took TWO FREAKING HOURS. No apologies. Not concerned. I have been coming here for 6 months. I was supposed to get 15% off because they offer that discount if you come in before 1:00 on M-W, and the girl told me my total was $90, but with discount it was $80. I questioned her and legit argued with her. I was so frustrated I paid it and tipped them because the poor girls that had to do my nails weren't the lady that took the appointment. She shouldn't make appointment times and not honor the time for the client. That is rude and disrespectful. They should have given me even more of a discount, but I was overcharged. NEVER going back and want to warn others. They don't care about your time. Shame on this place!
