Walked in and there were 2 people in front of us. They needed the menu explained so I grabbed my bag and placed my order. We had an entertainment offer thru the mobile app. Man at the register had an attitude. Something about not his offer he would have put something better. I explained there was a buy one get one free offer but I was only getting one sandwich. It was my first time eating there and probably my last.
I paid and waited for my sandwich to be prepared. While waiting I observed many dirty habits such as taking money and making sandwiches without changing gloves or clearly rubbing your face more than once and continuing to prepare sandwiches.
The floor was filthy with paper and food.
It took more than 15 minutes to get our sandwich because the grumbly unhappy sandwich girl had to correct several mistakes. The highlight of the sandwich was the bread! There was very little meat and way too much pepper. Sorry Which Wich but even with a coupon I won't waste my time or money again.
