I rolled through here on a Sunday and felt held hostage to pay 30 bucks for an interior/exterior wash (the price board isn't listed until you have 20 cars behind you with no alternative but to run through their wash,and if you have chosen an interior/exterior wash.....that is the price)
I opted to have them do it sadly,and watched my brand new car get run through a wash about a foot between two other vehicles.As my car got to the end, a frantic kid who could not drive a manual vehicle was screaming for an old guy who came along and managed to get the vehicle out of the bay.
They pulled it to the side and rolled out,without bothering to finish the interior portion of the job at all.(The whole reason I even went was because my child made a bit of a mess on the dash etc.....it was still there along with dust on the dash.They didn't even bother to run a rag along the inside) And to add insult to injury,there was a long scratch across the driver door of my brand new car that has less than a thousand miles on it.
The manager looked me dead in the eye and told me that it isn't their fault,and couldn't have scratched it.Because it could not possibly have been the 800 cars that ran thhrough before mine,and the brushes have any salt,dirt,or grime on them,and at that volume those brushes never get sprayed off between cars right ? Please folks,go anywhere else,this place is terrible and a scam,and the service is atrocious.
