I came in and paid 120$ for this service. I got a call 4 hrs later saying they were closing due to the weather and they didnt hear from me when they called earlier to let me know my car was ready (i never received a call, had no messages) so i hurried to get my car as everyone was leaving at 4pm. I got home and checked the mats in my trunk, they were no even touched. Inside parts of the dash and doors were not even wiped down, the seats still dirty. Had to take my car back thursday and have them take care of my mats. I am 38 weeks pregnant and just wanted to go home. When i get home i notice my sun shade disappeared and the mats are still very dirty. I had a babyshower to deal with so i havent had time to go back and complain but this is ridiculous. I dont want to take my car back for a 2nd time for something i paid for that should have been done right the first time. I dont know if this is lazy workers taking advantage of a pregnant woman on her own or just a scam but i will never return to this location and i would like a refund as i will have to go somewhere else to get my car detailed right. I would love to post pictures but i will continue to leave bad reviews on all social media to warn others of the horrible service.
