H2O pools service has been taking care of my pool for almost a year and we have had algae for the past 2 months and nothing has been done about it. I went out and bought a new pool vacuum that cost me $500 to help. I ended up putting shock into the pool because I was tired of having my kids swim in filthy water. The pool company now is trying to turn it around on me and say it is our fault for messing with the pool, which we have not done. The is no communication from the company to let us know what they are doing to fix the problems. Rather than finding a solution and working with us to have a nice clean pool, they place the blame on us. On average the person is only at our house (in the back yard) for no more than 12 minutes each visit, since I have timed him on each visit. We are finally switching to a company that cares about having clean swimming water for family's to enjoy.
