I'm even madder now! It's been almost a month since I went in to have them check my new glasses and verify that indeed, they forgot to add the Transitions feature. They let me know they'd reorder my glasses. Stupid me, I assumed it'd be roughly 10 days until they came in. Either they never reordered them, or the glasses have arrived but no one has notified me, or they haven't arrived after nearly a month. Either way, I STILL don't have my glasses. To make matters worse, I now seriously doubt the skill of the doctor. I really needed reading glasses, but I still can't see up close with the initial pair of glasses I received, so now I feel f*&$ed because I've already used my annual insurance benefits. I will shout it to the world: Don't give these people your business!
