I took a chance on Bulwark after seeing one of their service trucks in my neighborhood and reading the exceptional reviews online. Winston helped set me up with the initial treatment appointment and told me what I could expect. He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions- I could tell he was very well educated in pest control and really cared about helping solve the problems I was having. They were able to fit me in that week and said Attila would be my tech.
Attila showed up right on time and explained everything he was going to do. He was so kind and very patient while I asked (more) questions and babbled on about all the scorpions that had suddenly been showing up in my house. He walked me through every step of the treatment and gave me interesting facts about the different bugs I'd been seeing. Attila told me what to expect after the first and subsequent treatments, as well as the warranty to re-service my home if I saw any pests inside between appointments.
Overall I couldn't be happier with Bulwark and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
