Went to pick up the free t mobile Tuesday item for 2 seconds. All other t mobile stores quickly go to the back and get it but Jessie here is so rude and has a huge attitude problem. He served everybody before me which is fine, ill wait. I saw him be rude to both ladies in front of me. One demanded a manager and that is when he finally told her he would help. The other one asked for another associate after he got weird with her. When it was finally my turn he kept trying to get my phone in his hands. I wouldn't let him take my phone but showed him I claimed the offer. He the turns around and JUST STANDS THERE!!! By now there are 3 more people waiting in line behind me. I tell him he's making all of us wait for no reason, he then slowly starts walking to get the item. I told him he really has a problem, he then holds up the item and begins talking back to me. I got my item and left. Will never be back here. At least my request was simple, I can't imagine what he would do to someone's phone if he thinks he's slighted by them.
