Urgent care - They really care (very much urgent) about the insurance that are covered. This was my experience when I visited Chandler valley urgent care. Insurance company says "CV urgent care" is under their contract. Urgent care says "No. We are not in the contract" and urgent care claims patient should pay the medical expenses and claim from the insurance When the insurance agency spoke to front office, 30 minutes over the phone - Only response was. No we are not in the contract" Finally, I was told by the insurance agency that even if the patient pays the expenses, insurance company would pay back the urgent care and urgent care has to reimburse the money to the patient. NOW. TELL ME - Is my first statement correct? Not even once, they asked about the urgency of the visit - WoW :-) My kind advice to the people who reads this review or planning to visit the urgent care - FIRST - Call your insurance, ask them if it is covered. Call the urgent care - ask them if it is covered. If you get YES, then read other technical reviews about the urgent care (on the medical side) before turn yourself in the urgent care. Urgent care is not taken towards the patient :-(
