zero stars! I've moved 15 times in my 25 year career all over the county, and this is by far the most unprofessional, rude, money grubbing organization I have ever dealt with. They ignore your needs, and push you to fill out an application which requires a $500.00 deposit and do not mention that's it's non refundable (just for an application, not a contract). I did a video walk of a property that had a torn some sliding door screen, eroded molding along the outside of the rear of the house, massive cracks in the cement slab in the back yard, cracks, chips along the door frames, holes in the re door where and additional lock was removed, carpets that were clearly not replaced and smelled like dog and had amateur seam-work done. Not only was I told they would not fix anything, they kept my deposit and had a move in date planned without my consent. They have a negative rating of over 70% on BBB which tells of multiple nightmare of tenants that actually had took up residency.
