I made a reservation for 20 people about 2 months before the date but when we arrived there was a massive line and the security pretty much told us we were shit out of luck. After about 45 mins of yelling at 4 different people we were slowly allowed to go in 3 people at a time. I was told it was because of the raptors and blue jays game but whats the point of a reservation then? We got no apology for how we were treated and eventually got to our table. The night after that was generally good minus the server being slow but I assumed that was due to our large party size. I'd go back but I would make sure it was at lunch so I didn't have to deal with the overly rude door staff. Note to Loose moose- you need to organize the way you handle the crowd. It's unacceptable.
