Only reason I'm giving two stars is because on the owner. He's a great guy and very funny. I dropped off 3 shirts to be altered approximately 10 days ago. I was originally told they would be done in 3-4 days. I call to see about picking my shirts up afternoon on the 4th day and they are not even in line to be altered yet. I was asked if I need them back by a certain time. I replied, No but I would like them back so I can wear them. I was told that they would be done again in 3-4 days. I call back now 5 days later, and still are not done. I am told that they will be done by 12:30. It was roughly 10 a.m. when I called. So we shall see. This is the second seperate issue I have had. First was with a suit where I had to keep pestering to get it done as I was flying out of state and they again were pushing my clothes to the back burner.
