Terrible! I'm a single, mature, professional. I've owned several homes and lived in another apt in Raleigh. I can say from experience that Crestmont at Ballantyne is an awful living experience.
It looks good on the drive in....but it ends there.
The management is not friendly or accomodating. The apartment is roach infested. The offce computers rarely work. The pool is dirty. The don't enforce parking rules. The list goes on....and all this for $1000 per month!
The last complaint that I made to the front office resulted in this response " ... well, we have a lot of lawyers that write these lease agreements, so I doubt you'll find a way out of it".
Really?!
Go down the road or across the street. If you have to rent....don't rent here.
