First, the owner, Bill, is fantastic. He is so friendly, and he educated me about my jewelry and the options we had to resize my rings.
I haven't worn my engagement or wedding ring for over a year due to my pregnancy and subsequent swollen fingers. I was a little embarrassed by how big they had become, but Bill didn't make me feel self-conscious at all and he resized my engagement ring in no time. I put it on and a huge smile appeared on my face.
Next up was my eternity band. We couldn't add size to it, but he gave me an option which was going to save me money until I could get a custom ring next year, and the result was perfection. I know have both rings which fit perfectly, and I honestly could not be happier. Superior customer service, and my ring shines even better than it did when I got it 4+ years ago. Thank you Bill!
