Yellow cab is the most unreliable cab service I have encountered. Recently, i called a day ahead for an early morning pick up to the airport. On the morning of the trip, I called a call from the dispatcher ten minutes before my scheduled pick-up time saying that they dont have a driver and whether I still needed a cab. I ended up calling Ace Cab who got us a cab within 5 minutes. Bottom line: dont deal with Yellow cab if you are looking for reliable servicd.
