While the food is good the customer service at this location has been abysmal. I noticed 2 very recent charges on my bank account and had not eaten here in about month and a half. I called in and the manager working at 11:30am on the 28th ot May asked if I could hold. Thinking that she had a customer to deal with I held on and for the next 35 minutes was able to listen to her discuss all of the entertainment and dining options in both Tempe and Scottsdale. I finally gave up after 35 minutes of being on hold and called the Tempe location where I received an answer to my question about the recent charges in about 2 minutes. I called back to this location in Mesa and asked to speak with a manager only to find out that the individual that placed me on hold for 35 minutes was the manager. Oh and she was not helping a customer for those 35 minutes, come to find out of her own admission she was having a conversation with a security guard. So let's recap an actual paying customer calls in with a concern and the phone is simply placed down off the hook for 35 minutes while the manager has a casual conversation with a security guard who is not a customer. I would seriously reconsider spending my hard earned money with this establishment. the food is good but the customer service is absolutely non-existant, some of the worst I have ever experienced.
