Be aware of this facility and its insurance policy (Bader Company). My unit was recently burglarized. They dont have cameras inside the halways. Although the lady working at the storage company was very helpful, nothing was resolved. The outside cameras seen a vehicle enter and leave, thats it.
Bader Company claims since there was no visible forced entry into my unit, that they wouldnt cover my loss. I guess cutting a lock and not leaving any marks doesnt constitute burglary. They mentioned there must be damage on the units doors. I lost everything I had gained in the last 30 years of my life! IMO the insurance company appears to be a scam!
