Great staff on the floor but absolutely poorly managed. Waiting in a line with 10 other people for a single cashier (who was trying to figure out something). Tons of blue shirts standing around on the floor. No managers around to see and fix the problem. The lump of flesh at the door was pretty unhelpful as well. All in all, this is why BestBuy is losing to online retailers!
