Placed a takeout order via phone. Expected to be able to pick up the drink and go, because it usually takes me 20-30mins to get there. However, my drink was not ready upon arrival. 10 minutes later my bubble tea was still not ready. Why would it take more than 40 minutes to make a drink?? The waitress did not explain nor apologize why it took so long, only telling me that she had already asked them to make it. After I had paid for my drink I saw her ask for it to be made. So what was the point of placing the order ahead of time then??? I asked for my money back and left.
