I dropped off my Lexus is250 this morning at 8:20 for an oil change and tire rotation. They tell me 1 hour and a half, it went a little over 2 hours, oh well, not thrilled but it happens. As I leave the parking lot I notice a rubbing sound when I do sharp turns. I go run a quick errand and come right back, explain what is going on and leave them my car for 40 minutes as I'm on the phone. Hang up the phone then it hits me, my rear tires are a bigger size than the front, which is not crazy unusual on this type of car. So I go and mention it to the service counselor "did they happen to put the rear tires on the front? Because they are different sizes" "oh yes they did, let me go let them know really quick" I left 20min later... You'd think that in 40min of having the car back in there they would have figured out by themselves what was wrong? I guess not, I'll have the next tire rotation done somewhere else I guess. Big waste of my time today.
