Horrible experience setting up a new Telus account via Venngo Corporate Discount (My employer's Bank EPP plan). Their incompetent staff don't answer the phone and getting a response via email is tiring and slow - if they respond at all. They had trouble porting my number and screwed up the new account setup (didn't include any corporate discounts) among other issues.
Reading my employer's internal forum, there are many complaints about this company. I received a significant $900 hardware discount and 35% off monthly Telus rates, but I would stay away if you can.
