It has been several weeks since I got my haircut by Frank and I must say, I am still embarrassed to go out in public. I chose this salon because of all the great reviews it received and I am baffled as to why. This is the worst haircut I ever had, and I'm 53 years old. I brought in a photo of what I wanted and my hair looks NOTHING like it. The style I wanted is longer, but I thought he could start shaping it now. Well, he cut off half of my already short hair. We were talking and when I saw how much he was cutting I literally gasped - twice. You know it's a bad cut when your family and friends can only say "it will grow back." I truly hate to give poor reviews and have contemplated not posting one but, my hair is that bad and I don't think people should see only 5 star reviews for this salon when it is clearly not deserved.
