My husband and I brought our daughters here for blizzards; we also picked up a box of dilly bars.
Ice cream was to be expected, nothing over the top.
The customer service however was, HORRIBLE! No greeting upon entry or departure, several employees saw us waiting to order, instead of taking our order the opted to walk past us a few times, without proper customer service. Someone could and should have said "we'll be right with you" but no, maybe that requires them to do their jobs. I could delve into more customer service that we didn't receive but, I'd be wasting time time. These people aren't going to change their ways, and if it weren't for my 2 year old wanting ice cream I would have left and not bothered to order. We DEFINITELY WON'T return. Completely rude!
Only benefit was the military discount. Still not worth the terrible customer service. Save your money, go elsewhere.
