So after I left my updated review (about two days ago) with the problems I was facing Thomas, who is the operations director, gave me a call on my cell phone yesterday (after their business hours I might add). He addressed all of my concerns and let me know that he will take care of them. He also apologized for any issues the staff may have caused. He said he will personally handle the issues and also let me know to keep his number so that if I do have any other issues that I can contact him directly. No one is perfect. Therefore, no company is perfect. I own a business and if any business tries to tell you that they are perfect and never make a mistake, then they are lying. People run the business and people make mistakes. We are humans. It is how we handle those mistakes and how we grow from them that determine our value and character. Invitation Homes is taking action to resolve all of the issues that are going on. What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to rent a house.
