I was hearing noise upon braking so I brought my CR-V in to see if this was the brake indicators. I had my car in for an oil change less than 1,000 miles before and the brakes passed inspection, so I was hesitant to tell them I was concerned about the brakes. I figured of course they would say I needed new ones. However, I didn't want to ignore it and risk expensive rotor repair.
I brought my CR-V in the same day and within 30 minutes they let me know I still have 40% left on my front brake pads and 70% left on my rear brake pads. They washed my vehicle, and honored a coupon for free wiper blades. No fights, no false repairs. A great experience. I never write Yelp reviews, but this service deserved one!
