I hate to put one star because they were nice people but it was not a pleasant experience. I was on a short trip in Vegas, took my phone in to repair the charging port. Got it back and it worked, but shortly after getting my phone back ( and after closing ) I realized my speaker no longer worked. I went back the next day, told them what was wrong, they said it would take 45 minutes tops, 3 hours later i was still without a speaker and now the top part of my phone is opened, which i didn't notice till i got back to California because it was covered by my case. I didn't receive a refund or discount. I was told they have a store out where I live in California and that they would be contacting me to have them repair it but have not heard anything. My battery also is dying a lot faster now. I will probably need to get a new phone. Nice people but they don't stick to what they say and my phone is now worse off than when i took it in. Update. My charging port doesn't work anymore, won't take a charge. Spent $80 and my phone is worse that when I took it in
