My ac went out and had another company come out and tell me my system was empty and had a leak at coil and because its older I need to replace it now.
I called bob brown and spoke to a woman I think named holly who sells new units I explained I was told by previous company I needed a unit but didn't really trust him. She insisted I have a tech from Bob brown come out to make sure I really needed a whole unit and was very helpful. A tech name willy came out right on time and found a wiring problem within 10 mins and the system was not empty either. He explained different options for upkeep or replacement because my system is from 96' I am happy I have a company I can trust and actually diagnosed the problem instead of just replacing the unit. I will call them again and recommend to others.
