Well, they're still only one star. Our pick up day is Saturday. Last Saturday the driver missed our trash pick up. It's obvious he entered one gate, drove the outside loop of our complex and then exited the other gate, missing the entire street that connects the two, and therefore missing 15 houses. By the time we all saw that our trash had been missed it was too late to call Republic Services. We all had to wait until Monday. I called on Monday, after also leaving an online complaint. The customer service rep said the trash would be picked up by close of business on Tuesday. At 5:40PM Tuesday the trash was still not picked up. I called customer service again. They said a truck was on its way. That was a lie. This morning (Wednesday) the trash has still not been picked up. I called customer service again. They said that the work order had been closed, having been called complete. So a driver lied again. I demanded that they pick up that trash and that a supervisor call me so that they can tell me why they're so incompetent. I have yet to get a call. Won't know if they've picked up the trash until I get home tonight.
