John was sent to our home to clean the inside and outside of our windows. He showed up as promised and got right to work. He also cleaned the screens and channels prior to replacing the screens. He was professional and a hard worker. When he was finished he approached me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction and it was. Also, the staff working the phones were polite and professional. I will use them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They are a small top notch company.
