Being new to the area. I made a call in the morning to have my Malti-Poo,s groomed. They said they could take them at 1pm that day. I brought them in. J seemed very nice. Prior leaving, I asked her about how long. She stated 2 to 3 hours. I had no problem with that. I figure I would come back in 2 1/2 hours. As I was standing aside, so that my dogs wouldn't see me, watching her groom my dogs. I could hear her say to another employee. People that watch like that. I'll just take my time!! For one I was watching how they groom the dogs. What is the glass window for? 4 1/2 hours later my dogs were done. J seemed to feel free to charge me an extra $10, for a hard to handle dog. If J would have told me 4/5 hours that it would take to groom them. I would have been fine with it. The time was never an issue. I prefer not to leave my dogs at a groomers. Secondly, I asked her what dog was hard to handle. She said Maks. I've taken my animals to groomers back home. Not once did they have a problem with them. Upon bringing them home they were so thirtsy. I don't believe any water was given!!! I feel it was very poor service all the way around. From timing, attitudes, extra charges, no water, even the grooming was not up to par.
