I love Bellagio but I love Chanel even more. However, this Chanel location is always a miss. We always get greeted by security when we come in but no one else. I have quite the Chanel collection and it really bothers me that this location is so snobby. The last Vegas trip I took, I went as far as having my SA at the Encore transfer a bag that I wanted over because I dislike the Bellagio location so much. I always walk through in hopes that service will be different, but they are always cold and uninviting. Do yourself a favor and shop at the Chanel at Encore or Wynn.
