Dr. Goodhead delivered me into this world, & she is now my OBGYN. I have been seeing her for several years, & I've never had a problem with her or the office. Results have been communicated effectively to me, and at most, I've only waited 15 minutes past my appointment time (usually I book morning times). She cares about her patients (including my mom), is efficient at her job, and gets to the point which is something I value. She has always been pleasant with me, but I guess some women rather be coddled and have their hand held for everything which she does not do. Other than that, I think it's unfair as to why her current rating is low, & I hope people reading these reviews don't discount her based on a few dramatically unhappy customers.
