This is my second time renting from this location. The last time I had to wait an almost an hour for the person to attend the front desk. This morning I was supposed to have a reservation at 8 AM however the attendant did not show up until 815. Also, upon my return tonight at 5:40pm I was told they left for the day. They are supposed to be here until 6pm. I returned the keys to the Hyatt from desk instead. They have a note that says if a car is returned after hours and left in the parking garage, "since it is unattended the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it is checked in by an Enterprise representative." A representative should have been attending the desk by the time I returned, so I should not be held responsible if anything happens overnight in the parking garage. When your service says that you are open from 8 AM to 6 PM, those are the times that the desk hould be attended.
