Well it was an early morning seminar at Mayo Clinic that brought me back to Scottsdale, Arizona. I thought I would give Airport Bicycles another try as my last visit was awful. Thing are still awful. Nothing has change at Airport Bicycle as there are no old faces from my previous visit, only new faces of young kids who are not trained in customer service, have little product knowledge, and the same out of touch owner. Last time I was there I went home called Bicycle Biling in Escondido, CA & order my Size 46 Diadora Trivex Plus Shoes for $82.00 on my door step in 3-5 days. Road Bike Shoes that retail list for $128.95. Airport quoted my $175.00 http://www.bikebling.com/Diadora-Trivex-Plus-Black-Yellow-Fluo-p/diadora15-159735-c3444.htm Airport would be a get place to go shopping because they do have inventory. What they lack is staff with much training in knowledge of inventory, pricing, and customer service.
