I was so excited to try this place because I've heard such good things about it. I was expecting amazingly flavored chicken fried to perfection. Was the chicken crispy yes, was the chicken juicy, fresh and tender..yes..... BUT.. It was completely void of flavor. The only thing I could taste was salt and MSG. I get horrible reaction from msg but wouldn't ever eat this chicken again even if it didn't have any in it. Out of all the hood famous chicken spots this is the worst one. Churches, chicken box and nana's soul food kitchen is WAY better. Popeyes in my opinion is even better. I would even go to bojangels before coming here. I gave it 2 stars because everyone was so nice when I was picking up the food. I just can't believe this is the chicken spot that everyone talks about. I'm in disbelief:/
