I 'm wondering if the doctor is ever present anymore. My husband had three visits with a PA and got no help for the problem he was having on top of some serious chronic conditions. Finally, when the office didn't return our calls during business hours, we were forced to go to an emergency room where they diagnosed the problem correctly and treated it immediately!
